Hellums, Gerald Wayne, a resident of Wetumpka, Alabama passed away Thursday, May 25, 2023 at the age of 84.

The family will receive friends, Thursday, June 1, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. with a memorial service at 3:00 p.m. at Gassett Funeral Home Chapel.

Mr. Hellums is survived by his wife Karen Nell Hellums; children Eric Wayne Hellums, Ricky Hellums, Angie Hedley, Kim Hellums; siblings John Hellums, Melba Bass, Jane Scarbrough, Gail Mann; 5 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.
