     Sharon L. Webb, 74, a resident of The Village of Morrisons Cove, formerly of Williamsburg, passed away Wednesday evening, May 24, 2023 at the home.

     She was born in Hollidaysburg, daughter of the late Chester K. and Helen P. (Koch) Richardson. On July 19, 1969, she married Frederick W. Webb. He preceded her in death on June 15, 2011.

     Surviving are three children: F. Wayne Webb (Robin) of Perry, GA, Mathew J. Webb (Angie) of Williamsburg, and Laura M. Long (Terry Jr.) of Henrietta; nine grandchildren: Anthony Webb (Katie), Nicholas Long, Shane Webb, Brandon Webb, Paige Long, Luke Webb, Noah Webb, Jared Webb, and Morgan Webb; and two great-grandchildren: Paislee and Everlee Webb.

     She was preceded in death by a son, Stephen A. Webb; a daughter-in-law, Barbara Webb; a grandson, Brady Lee Long; four sisters: Barbara Bracken, Peggy Bookhammer, Joyce Hicks, Jacqueline Richardson; and four brothers: John, David, Eugene, and Fred Richardson.

     Sharon was a 1968 graduate of Williamsburg High School. She retired in 2010 as a certified nurse’s assistant from the Village of Morrisons Cove, Martinsburg, after 11 years of service. Sharon was previously employed at New Beginnings at Cove Forge and as a cook at The Blue Pirate Dugout, both in Williamsburg.

     She loved spending time with her family, traveling, and going to the beach. Sharon also enjoyed cooking and baking. Over the years, the family appreciated the cards and visits that the Diehl’s Crossroads Church and Grace Pointe Community Church congregations shared with their mother.

     Friends will be received from 10 until the 11 am celebration of life service, Saturday, June 3, 2023, at John K. Bolger Funeral Home, Inc., Williamsburg, Pastor Millie Baker officiating. Private inurnment will be held at the Old Canoe Creek Cemetery, rural Hollidaysburg.

     Memorial contributions in memory of Sharon may be given to Diehl’s Crossroads Church, 2631 Henrietta Road, Martinsburg, PA 16662.
