<p>Susan "Suzie" Nickel of Landing passed away Tuesday, December 13, 2022 at home surrounded by loved ones.</p><p><br></p><p>She was 72.</p><p><br></p><p>Born on June 21, 1950 in Jersey City to the late Eugene and the late Margaret (Hopkins) King. Devoted mother of Michael and Peggy Nickel. Dear sister of the late Gene, Joe and Sean King. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and dear friends.</p><p><br></p><p>She loved entertaining for holidays and get togethers with her family and friends, gardening, reading, and caring for her beloved cat, Winston.</p><p><br></p><p>Suzie worked for 34 years as an Office Manager with The Orthopedic Group in Parsippany where her coworkers became like family.</p><p><br></p><p>Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Suzie's Life Celebration which will include a Memorial Mass on Wednesday, June 21st at 10: AM at St. Therese RC Church, Succasunna.</p><p><br></p><p>Memorial donations may be made to The Seeing Eye (wwwseeingeye.org).</p>June 21, 1950 - December 13, 202206/21/195012/13/2022
