Martina Flaga, age 94, passed away May 25, 2023 at her home in Shelby Township, Michigan.

She was born January 28, 1929 in Posen, Michigan to the late Frank and Clara (Woida) Krajniak. Martina loved antique collecting, cooking, yard work and spending time with family. She was employed by Ford Motor Company as a Sewing Machine operator at the Chesterfield Trim plant until her retirement in 1996.

Martina is survived by her 2 daughters, Karen (Ken) Libby and Cindy (Bob) Frank; 2 sons, Larry and Barry Flaga; 3 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; brother, Dominic (Janet) Krajniak; sister, Mary Goyette; and many nieces and nephews. Martina was preceded in death by her sisters, Gail, Isabelle, Mabel, Rita and Bernadine; and brothers, Ray, Bill, Ervin, Norbert and Clarence.

A visitation will take place from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 31, 2023 at Hauss-Modetz Funeral Home, 47477 Romeo Plank, Macomb. The funeral mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 1, 2023 with a 9:30 a.m. instate time at St. Isidore Catholic Church, 18201 23 Mile Road, Macomb.
