BANNAN, Sandra Darlene (nee McCreedy)

It is with heavy hearts that we say goodbye to a wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Beloved wife of Bill for almost 59 years. Eldest child of Jack and Violet McCreedy (predeceased). Loving mother to her children: Mark & Shelley (Calgary), Tim & Tracey (Saskatoon) and Jacqueline & Darren (St. Catharines). Proud Grammy of Ashley & Hen, Krista & Lee (Thunder Bay), Andre, Cassidy & Ryan, Nadine and Drew Anne & Ben (Calgary). Cherished Great-Grandmother of Eleina, Nova, Sterling, Lily, Rhea and Sven. Special sister to Ken (Sue) and aunt of Shauna & Daniel. While working Sandra also found time to belong to Women’s Barber Shop singing group, Beta Sigma Phi Sorority, Lion & Lioness Clubs and during retirement tried curling and fell in love with it. She will be missed by extended family and friends. Her hearty laugh and kindness to others will never be forgotten.

In honouring Sandra’s wishes cremation has taken place. Memorial donations to The Humane Society of Greater Niagara would be appreciated.
