<p>Lucine Auguste, 67, of Immokalee, FL, passed away on May 23, 2023 in Lehigh Acres, FL.</p><p><br></p><p>Funeral service will be held at New Jerusalem Baptist Church on June 3rd, 2023 at 10:00am. Burial will follow at Hodges Funeral Home at Lee Memorial Park , Lehigh Acres, FL. Legacy Options will be handling the funeral arrangements.</p><p><br></p><p>Lucine was born in Hinche, Haiti to Maurice Auguste and Marie Irma Delouis on March 17, 1956. Being the oldest of five siblings, Lucine was always looked at as the heroic figure. Prior to her first born, Lucine had an early adaptation of her motherly instincts as she displayed endless acts of kindness to her immediate family as well as others in the community. </p><p><br></p><p>To know Lucine, is to love her. Awards and honors are a sign of her work ethic but she will always be known for her ability to see the good in others. In addition to her humanitarian ways, she had a deep love for shopping, wrestling, and comedy.</p><p><br></p><p>Professionally, her work was deeply rooted in the hospitality industry. She spent the majority of her time as an employee of Marriott in Marco Island. Towards the end of her career, she transitioned to the Seminole Casino in Immokalee, FL. Lucine is survived by her two sisters, grandson, mother, brother, and son.</p>
