Virginia 'Ginny' Tardi of Chicago, passed away peacfully in Kingsland Texas on April 22, 2019 at the age of 76. She is survived by her two brothers, Leo and Guy Tardi. She is also survived by her six children, Liz Devine, Laurie Mendieta, Alan 'Bingo' Blomgren, Julie Mann, Shari Wyborny, and Dina Blomgren. Ginny has 20 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Ginny was a free spirit who left her loving mark in small towns across America. She will be missed by many.
