Joyce David Noble-Banks, age 69 of Letcher County, Kentucky, went to be with our Lord on Wednesday May 24, 2023, at the Hazard ARH in Hazard, Kentucky. She was born on February 7, 1954, in Letcher County, Kentucky to the late Roscoe & Celia Fugate Noble and the widow of the late Douglas Banks.

Joyce is survived her Daughter- Wendy Sizemore, Mahalia Sizemore; Brother- Vernon Noble, Roscoe (Brenda) Noble, Clabe (Doreen) Noble; Sister- Ada Sizemore; Special Sister-In-Law- Mahala Banks; Special Niece- Angela Stamper; Special Nephew- Greg Banks; 5 Grandchildren & 15 Great-Grandchildren.

Joyce is preceded in passing by her Husband- Douglas Banks; Parents- Roscoe & Celia Fugate Noble; Mother-In-law & Father-In-Law- Melvin & Mahalia Banks. Joyce will be missed by all that knew and loved her.

Graveside Services will be at 10AM, Friday May 26, 2023, at the Whiter-Banks Cemetery in Premium, KY. Burial to follow.
