BAILEY, Rita Pauline – of Belleville, entered into rest on Tuesday, May 23rd, 2023, in her 87th year. Dear daughter of the late Michael and Theresa Madigan. Cherished mother of Terry Dezan (Wade), Mitch Bailey (Deb), (late) Mary Rand (surviving partner Gerald), and Bob Bailey (Caroline). Also lovingly remembered by her grandchildren; Amber, Ryan (Ashley), Jayme-Lynn (Robert), Melissa (Matthew), Nelson, Billy and Teddy, and by her many great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Annie and late siblings; Helen, Bill, Buck, Charles and Harold. Rita will be remembered by John Bailey (Lorreena), extended family and her many friends. Cremation has already taken place.  The family have organized a Celebration of Life for Rita which will be held at The Pentecostals of Quinte, 490 Dundas Street West, Belleville, on Wednesday, May 31st, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. Reception to follow.
