Passed peacefully away on May 23rd, 2023 at the Connaigre Peninsula Health Care Centre in Harbour Breton, NL, Raymond Richard Cox, age 61 years of Harbour Breton.

Raymond leaves to mourn his loving family: wife, Brenda; daughter, Raylene (Howard); son, Brady (Charlene); grandsons, Kadem, Kesler and Cole; mother in law, Gladys Short; brothers, Edward (Rosie) Cox, Lloyd (Dot) Cox and Leo (Daph) Cox; brother in law, Joe Organ; sister in law, Claire Laymen; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other family members and friends,

Raymond was predeceased by his parents, Emmanuel and Julia Cox; father in law, Hubert Short; brother, Manuel Cox; sisters, Millie Organ (Babes) and Olive Hickey (Jack); and niece, Joanne Rideout.

Visitation took place on Wednesday, May 24th, 2023 from 2-4 and 7-9 at Spencer’s Funeral Home, Harbour Breton.

Funeral service took place at Spencer’s Funeral Home Chapel at 11:00 am on Thursday, May 25th, 2023 with Rev. Bruce Vallis officiating.

Cremation followed with burial to take place at a later date.
