<p>Carolyn Lula Bramblett Hogan, 78, of Resaca, Georgia, passed away on Sunday, May 21, 2023. She was born on July 17, 1944, to the late William Bill and Beula Churchwell Bramblett. She was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Jimmy Eugene Hogan and siblings, Bobby Zimmerman and Betty Allen.</p><p><br></p><p>Carolyn loved all things western, Mountain Men, gospel music, and singing. She was a member of College Street Church of God.</p><p><br></p><p>She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, LuCretia Dykes and Wayne and Selena Champion and Kipp; brother, Wesley Bramblett; Sister, Hellon Skelton; grandchildren, Timothy W. Dykes and Tori Adler, Carrie E. Dykes, and Stephen S. Dykes and Chrissy; great grandchildren, Aniyah Dykes and Emmie Dykes.</p><p><br></p><p>The family will receive friends on Wednesday, May 24, 2023, from 11:30 am until 12:45 pm at Whitfield Funeral Home and Crematory North Chapel.</p><p><br></p><p>The funeral will follow the visitation at 1:00 pm from the North Chapel with Rev. Dewayne Smith officiating. Burial will be in Yonah Cemetery.
