James Levon Hill
<p>James Levon Hill was surrounded by family and friends when he passed away on Sunday, May 14, 2023, in Fairbanks, Alaska, after a tragic motorcycle accident at the age of 73. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him. </p><p>Jim was born on April 16, 1950, in Yankton, South Dakota. </p><p>Jim is survived by his wife, Kay Hill; his children, Dennard Hegna, Michael Hegna, Michelle Stretch, Michelle Davis, and Brandon Hill; sister, Rhonda W. Collins, brother, Monte R. Hill, six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. He was an Army veteran. Jim retired from Local 302 Operating Engineers and International Operating Engineers. </p><p>Services will be held Thursday, May 25, 2023, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 1500 Cowled Street. The viewing is at 5:30 p.m., the funeral starts at 6:30 p.m., and the celebration is at Pikes Waterfront Lodge in the Binkley Room, with dinner and refreshments at 7:30 p.m. </p><p> </p>Obituary
