Bernard Leeson, Sr.
<p>Pelzer - Bernard Lewis Leeson, Sr., 89, husband of Mildred Marie Anderson Leeson, passed away Tuesday, May 17, 2023.</p><p>Born in Clarksburg, WV, he was a son of the late Eli Burtus and Flossie Elizabeth Ancel Leeson. A U.S. Air Force veteran, he retired from 3M and was a member of Waycross Baptist Church.</p><p>In addition to his wife, survivors include daughter, Lois Marie Leeson of Anderson; son, Bernard Lewis Leeson, Jr. (Pam) of Morganton, NC; sister, Betty Hinzman of Clarksburg, WV; grandsons, Steven and Tyler Leeson; and great-grandson, Seth Leeson.</p><p>He was predeceased by brothers, Jack, Robert, Johnny, Virgil, and Pete Leeson; and sister, Sally Leeson.</p><p>A private memorial service will be held. </p><p>In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, P.O.
