<p>Live stream will begin at 9:00 AM, Thursday May 18, 2023.&nbsp;&nbsp; </p><p>Live Stream on Facebook </p><p>&nbsp; </p><p>Jerry Don Hardin, 72, of London, Arkansas, died Sunday, May 14, 2023, at his home surrounded by his loving family.&nbsp; A time of visitation is planned for Wednesday, May 17, 2023, at 6:00 – 8:00 pm, in Humphrey Funeral Home Chapel.&nbsp; Jerry’s funeral service will be Thursday, May 18, at 10:00 am, in Humphrey Chapel with Chaplain Paul Northcutt officiating.&nbsp; Burial will follow at East Point Cemetery in Russellville. </p><p>The son of Walter and Blanche Arabell (Standridge) Hardin, he was born&nbsp;June 20, 1950, in Sikeston, Missouri.&nbsp; He was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters: Joyce A. Goodell &amp; Shirley Mae Hathcock; and a brother, Billy Ray Hardin. </p><p>Jerry is survived by his sons, Jeremy Hardin (Ashlea) of London; and John R. Goodell of Pelsor, Arkansas; three daughters: Jessica Hughes (Roy) of London; Katelyn Wren (Daniel Scherff) of Russellville; and Sacha Martin of Russellville; a niece, Tammy King of Hot Springs; his life-long love, Shirley J. Hardin of London; and nine grandchildren:&nbsp; Jayden Hardin, Marlee Hardin, Kylea Hardin, Layton Hughes, Landon Hughes, Aislynn Wren, Kailee Wren, Leon Wren and Malique “MJ” Martin. </p><p>Jerry was a retired Law Enforcement Officer, having served as a patrolman with the Bernie Missouri Police Department, the Dardanelle Police Department, and the Yell County Sheriff Department.&nbsp; He became the Chief of Police for Ola, Arkansas, and was later an Investigator for the Arkansas Department of Transportation.&nbsp; Jerry was of the Pentecostal faith, and enjoyed hunting, fishing, Bingo and baseball.&nbsp; He cherished every moment to spend with his grandchildren and until his health declined, he was at every event and activity they were involved in. </p><p>Jerry’s internet obituary and online guestbook are available at www.humphreyfuneral.com. </p>
