Presque Isle – Mildred L. McLean, 77, passed away on Monday, May 8, 2023, in Presque Isle. She was born on September 8, 1945, the daughter of John & Carrie (Doe) McLean.

She was a member of the Advent Christian Church in Chelsea Maine for most of her life. When she moved to Presque Isle twenty years ago, she became a member of the State Road Advent Christian Church.

Mildred had a heart for serving and helping people, specifically for those who were transitioning out of homelessness. She did this by finding home furnishings that people would donate and offer these furnishings to people in transition.

She was predeceased by her parents, brothers John McLean Jr., Malhon McLean, Manard McLean, and Norris Earl McLean.

Mildred is survived by her brother George A. McLean.
