Penny Lynn Randolph, 68, of Indianapolis, Indiana, passed away on Sunday, April 30, 2023, after a lengthy illness. Penny was born on March 10, 1955, in Franklin, Indiana.


Penny was preceded in death by her husband, David Randolph; daughters, Kimberly Mason and Amy Work; parents, Violet Palmer and Harlis Mason.


Penny is survived by her daughter, Melanie Randolph; granddaughter, Natasha Smith; grandson, Matthew Devore; granddaughters, Rachel (Nevins) Burton and Joanna Nevins; brother, Randy Mason, and sisters, Constance Mason and Kimberly (Smith) Callecod.


Penny attended Franklin Community High School. In her early career, Penny worked at Johnson Memorial Hospital and later worked in home healthcare.


Penny loved music and spending time with her family and friends.


A Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, May 9, 2023 at Jessen Funeral Home & Simple Cremation ~ Franklin Chapel. The family will gather at 10:00am with a public visitation from 11:00am to 1:00pm followed by a service.
