We regretfully announce the passing of our sister Kathleen Hannigan, daughter of Martin and Marjorie Hannigan (deceased) born March 26, 1954 Died April 27, 2023, at Fletcher Allen Hospital in Burlington, Vermont. Kathleen's sons Michael and Mark Hannigan were by her side. She is survived by her brothers, Martin Hannigan (Rose), Kevin Hannigan (Patricia) and sisters Sheila, Margie Kuras (Chet), Sharon Knoph (the late Gregory) and predeceased by her sister Maureen.

Kathleen was the beloved Aunt to the many Hannigan family's nieces and nephews. Kathleen was a graduate of St. Mary's of Redford (Detroit, Michigan) and worked at Champlain Elementary School in Burlington ,Vermont as a Food Service employee for 25 years. Cremation has taken place. She will be buried in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Michigan . A private gathering will be held with her loved ones in Michigan. The Hannigan family rejoices that Kathleen is Heaven's newest Saint!
