Thelma Odessa Dolan
<p>Thelma O. Dolan passed away on Sunday, April 30, 2023 at her home in Havre de Grace. She was 83.</p><p>Born in New York she was the daughter of the late Lawrence G. and Sylvia L. (McNeil) Wright and wife of the late James Lee Dolan, Sr. who passed in 1976.</p><p>A homemaker, Mrs. Dolan had been active in Aberdeen Baptist Church.</p><p>She is survived by her children, Edward L. Dolan and wife Jennifer of Havre de Grace, Timothy L. Dolan and wife Lottie of Port Deposit and Melinda Wiles and husband Chuck of Aberdeen; sisters, Leoda Moore of FL and Therisa Gilbert of NY; 11 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren and 7great great grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband she was predeceased by her son James L. Dolan, Jr. in 2017 and siblings, Lawrence, John and Ronald Wright, Sr., Wanda Vosburg, Alberta Potter and Alma Moore</p><p>A visitation will be on Wednesday, May 3 from 6-8pm at the Tarring-Cargo Funeral Home where a funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 4 at 10:00am. Interment will be in Mt. Carmel Cemetery of Bel Air United Methodist Church.</p>Obituary
