Mrs. Vivian Lorene McBynum, 89, transitioned Monday, April 24, 2023 at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC. She leaves to cherish her memory: sons, Richard L. McBynum ( Lisa ) of Kinston, NC, Elfanando McBynum of Kinston, NC, and Jonathan E. McBynum (Tina ) of Kinston, NC; daughters, Wanda Hall (Stevie) of Kinston, NC, Vivian A. Porter (Eddie) of Jacksonville, NC, Barbara D. Bruington (Lee) of Columbia, SC, Kelly M. Artis (Will) of Kinston, NC, and Nikiti D. Bruington (Booker) of Chesapeake, VA; brothers, Dennis Andrews (Mary) of Jacksonville, NC and Joe Andrews (Mary) of New Haven, NC; sisters, Margaret Hall of Kinston, NC, Alisa S. Williams of Queens, NY, Lillie Wheeler of Brooklyn, NY, Christine Allen of Philadelphia, PA, Loraine white (George) of Jacksonville, NC, Saundra Peaks (Keith) of Richlands, NC, Shirl Andrews of Richlands, NC, Patricia Andrews of Richlands, NC, and Josephine Andrews of Roselle, NJ; twenty-two (22) grandchildren; twenty-six (26) great grandchildren; along with a host of family and friends.

The Viewing of Mrs. McBynum will be Wednesday, May 3, 2023 from 3pm to 6pm in Mills Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Services will take place 11AM Thursday, May 4, 2023 in Mills Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in Mills Memorial Garden.
