<p>On Tuesday, April 18, 2023, our Mother Beverly Ann Casey, wife of Clark W. Casey Jr. was swept from this life into the next, into the outstretched arms of her beloved Savior. Her passing followed a brief but severe illness due to cancer. She was sixty-five.<br></p><p>Bev was born in St. Louis, Missouri to William T. "Bill" Logan and the former Wilma Lea Pearl, growing up on El John Lane in Fenton. She was an avid tree climber and clarinet player in her youth. A vivacious and outgoing personality, she longed for adventure. Her early adult years were spent in Toronto, Ontario where she began raising her first two children. She spent her life loving travel, especially time spent on the Oregon coast or cruising the Caribbean.</p><p>Beverly moved to Ferndale, Washington in 1981 and has resided in the Laurel area for the past 21 years. She has always been surrounded by numerous friends, often working as a waitress, most recently at Our Diner in Laurel where she loved her customers immensely and often could be found giving generous hugs.</p><p>Beverly and Clark married in 1985, and raising between them 6 children, Melissa Casey Bjorklund (Matts), Leana Coates Korthuis (Shane), Alex Casey (Erica), Daryl Coates, Cassandra Casey, Christopher Casey (Netoya). Beverly has 17 grandchildren, Nathan and Carmen Oostra, Logan, Benjamin, Ian, Amanda, Caprica, Rhett and Rowan Korthuis, Jillian Casey, Lauren Ballard, Priel and James Coates, Kaitlyn, Ryan, Wesley and Megan Casey. She is adored as Auntie Bev by many nieces and nephews.</p><p>Beverly is survived by her immediate family and also a loving extended family including three sisters, Donna Maxwell of Tucson, Arizona, Joan Douglas (Robert) of Mansfield, Missouri and Joy Logan Cross (Kevin) of Springfield, Missouri. Also, an aunt in Pennsylvania, Nancy Smith. She is predeceased by her parents.</p><p>Services will be held April 29, 2023 at the Ferndale Event Center, 5715 Barrett Road, Ferndale at 4 o'clock p.m. following a private family memorial and cremation. Please accept this notice as invitation to attend and celebrate with us the life of this wonderful woman.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
