Carolyn Adelle Brown, 79, of Ringgold, went home to be with the Lord Tuesday, April 4, 2023. She was born July 20, 1943 to the late Hoyt and Barbara West. Carolyn has lived in Ringgold for the past 46 years. She was of the Baptist faith. She enjoyed flowers and gardening. Carolyn also enjoyed crossword puzzles and antique stores. She loved spending time with her grandchildren.
 
Survivors include her loving husband of 51 years, Rufus Brown, daughter Tara (Brandon) Stargel, sister Evelyn Meranda, and grandchildren Bailey and Gage Stargel.
 
Graveside services will be held 12 PM Friday at Tennessee-Georgia Memorial Park with Bro. Mike Sims officiating.
