<p>Rebecca Glanton Lester,84, went to be with the Lord on March 31, 2023. </p><p>Rebecca was born October 16, 1938, in Teague, Texas to Howard and Dorothy Wray Glanton. She worked in management for eyecare for many years. She was a devout Methodist and loved the Lord with all her heart. Rebecca also found great joy in spending time with her family. </p><p>Rebecca is preceded in death by her parents, Howard Glanton and Dorothy Shuttlesworth Glanton and brother Charles Wallace Glanton. </p><p>Rebecca is survived by her daughters, Rhonda Glasgow and husband Jim of Troup, and Laura Lester of Chandler; sister, Dinah Hudson of Gladewater; brother, Michael Glanton of Little Elm; grandchildren, Crystal Strickland, Trinity Glasgow, great-grandchildren, Rebecca Anderson and Laurence Singleton. </p><p>Arrangements are under the direction of Cottle Funeral Home, Troup. </p>Obituary
