Marion Mae Stork, 90 years of Seward, NE, formerly of Winslow, NE passed away Friday, March 31, 2023

She was born on April 26, 1932, in rural Winslow. NE to Alfred and Charlotte (Kuss) Geisler. She graduated from Hooper High School in 1950. She married Leroy Stork on March 1, 1953. They resided in Fontanelle until moving back to Winslow until 2019. She was a bookkeeper at Winslow Farmers Union, and worked at Gambles Warehouse and Dodge County Hospital.

She was baptized and confirmed at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Winslow, NE. She was a former member of St. John’s Lutheran Church in Hooper, Good Shepherd Lutheran in Fremont and current member of St. John’s Lutheran in Seward, NE

Marion was a member of the town and country club Winslow, EMT for 20 years with the Winslow Fire Department, and she cared for fostered children.

Marion is survived by her loving husband, LeRoy Stork of Seward, NE; sons, Michael (Alice Joy) Stork, of Lincoln, NE, Steven (Carol) Stork, of Seward, and Eric (Stephanie) Stork of Scribner, NE; daughters, Patricia (Gary) Hinsley of San Tan Valley, AZ, Carrie Stork of Fremont, and Karla Anderson of Columbia, SC; sisters, Ruth Doelman of Tacoma, WA, and Eva Stork of Milwaukee, WI; sister in law, Katie Geisler of Winslow and brother in law, Charles (Carolyn) Stork of Dubuque, IL; 14 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Lowell Geisler; and grandson, Lee Stork.

The funeral service is 11:00 AM, Tuesday, April 4, 2023, at Moser Memorial Chapel in Fremont. Visitation is

Monday, April 3, from 5:00 PM-7:30 PM. Burial will be in Memorial Cemetery in Fremont.
