<p>Richard John Schrader, died on Tuesday, March 28, 2023, at home surrounded by the love of family and friends. He was born June 12, 1954 in Buffalo, New York to Robert and Antionette (Nee Di Tusa), now both deceased. </p><p><br></p><p> He married Madelyn Bondanza, also of Buffalo, New York, on December 18, 1976 and they raised two children, Nicholas (Iris, nee Harrington) and Gabrielle. Richard is also survived by four grandchildren, Kerri, Joseph, Johnny and Wyatt and his siblings, Dennis (Sandra), Diane (Charles) and Gerald (Sandra), and many beloved nieces and nephews.</p><p><br></p><p>He attended Canisius College but graduated from the University of Buffalo with his Bachelor's degree in Spanish Literature with a minor in German in 1978 and later found a career in software sales.</p><p><br></p><p>Richard was a beloved hockey coach and mentor, an avid Buffalo Bills fan, a former Chair of the Buffalo Nite Committee for the New York State Society and a member of the University of Buffalo Alumni Committee.</p>

Richard John Schrader, died on Tuesday, March 28, 2023, at home surrounded by the love of family and friends. He was born June 12, 1954 in Buffalo, New York to Robert and Antionette (Nee Di Tusa), now both deceased.
