He is survived and will be missed by his son, Rusty Moser; parents, Tracy and Terri; brother, Ryan Ellis; aunts, uncles, cousins, many other family and friends.</p><p><br></p><p>Blake was an avid sports fan. He enjoyed basketball and football – loved cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs.
