Giulia Savaglio, 91, passed away peacefully on March 19, 2023. Giulia is survived by her children Frank Savaglio, Maria Scaramella, Christina Savaglio, Giovanni (Kerrie) Savaglio; Grandchildren, Luigi (Lindsey) Savaglio, Frankie (Alexandria) Savaglio, Nina (Richard) Plank, Carl (Andriana) Scaramella, Bianca Scaramella, Julia (Karl) Seidel, Michael (Jessica) Catania, Mark (Jessie) Catania, Jessica Catania, Jovi Savaglio; Siblings, Carmena (Emilio) Sturino; several great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.

Giulia is preceded in death by her loving husband, Luigi Savaglio; mother, Christina Costabile; sister, Evalina Folino.

Giulia immigrated from Italy to the United States in order to achieve the American Dream.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 22, 2023 at Kish Funeral Home, 10000 Calumet Avenue, Munster, IN starting at 4:00 P.M. till 8:00 P.M and Thursday, March 23, 2023 starting at 9:00 A.M. till 10:00 am at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, 11533 S. Prairie Avenue, Chicago, IL. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 A.M. Entombment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Worth, IL.
