<p>Mrs. Shirley Lipsey Moss, age 88, of 115 Joe Eubanks Rd., Buffalo, widow of Ralph L. Moss, Sr., passed away Saturday, March 18, 2023, at Union Medical Center. </p><p>Mrs. Moss was born October 1, 1934 in Jonesville, a daughter of the late Willie Austin Lipsey, Sr. and Mary Pearl Baldwin Lipsey. She was retired from Conso Products. Mrs. Moss was a member of Padgett’s Creek Baptist Church. </p><p>Surviving are three children, Susan M. Vanderford and husband Chuck of Buffalo, Ralph “R.L.” Moss, Jr. and wife Amanda of Union, and Melissa D. Hayes and husband Mike of Kings Mountain; eight grandchildren, William Shane Vanderford, Wesley Lee Moss, Justin Randall Silvers, Nathan Alec Silvers, Kryston Markley, Caroline Shelby Moss, Suzan LeighAnn Vanderford, and Charles Shane Vanderford; eleven great-grandchildren; a sister, Della Whitt of Pacolet; a brother, Millard Lipsey of Union. She was predeceased by a sister, Peggy Henderson and six brothers, Roger Dale Lipsey, Willie Austin Lipsey, Jr., Jerry Leon Lipsey, Marvin Dean Lipsey, Ronnie Edward Lipsey, and her infant brother, Joe Leonard Lipsey. </p><p>Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, March 21, 2023 at Padgett’s Creek Baptist Church conducted by the Rev. Carrol Caldwell. Burial will follow at Union Memorial Gardens. </p><p>Active pallbearers will be Justin Silvers, Nathan Silvers, Lee Moss, Charlie Vanderford, Brett Ayers, Devin Vanderford, Tommy Inman, and AJ Maes. </p><p>Visitation will be held from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM prior to the services at the church. </p><p>Memorials may be made to Padgett’s Creek Baptist Church, 843 Old Buncombe Rd., Union, SC 29379. </p><p>The family is at the home of her son, R.L.
