Christopher L. Perretti, II, 43 of 840 Lathrop Street, New Castle passed away the morning of March 17, 2023 at UPMC Jameson Hospital.

Christopher was born July 15, 1979 in Youngstown, OH. He was the son of Christopher L. and Lorraine (George) Perretti. They survive at home. Christopher was a graduate of New Castle High School, class of 1997.  Mr. Perretti was of the Catholic faith.

Mr. Perretti was a self-employed electrician and work locally here in New Castle. He enjoyed the outdoors, and loved fishing. His enjoyed spending time with his family and friends; especially his nephews and nieces.

In addition to his parents, Christopher is survived by his paternal grandmother, Clara Masone Perretti of New Castle; brother, Jordan Perretti of New Castle; sister, Lauren (Tom) Whitten of New Castle; two uncles, Leonard (Michelle) Perretti and family and Louis (Toni) Perretti and family; his two best friends, Mark (Jenna) Malone and family, and Joey DiMuccio of New Castle; nieces and nephews, Travyn and Rozalyn Perretti, Stella and Thomas Whitten; and many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.

Christopher was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents John and Lorraine George; paternal grandfather, Leonard Perretti; and aunt and uncle, John George and Joni Fulena.

The family will meet everyone Tuesday morning 10 a.m. at St. John’s the Baptist Maronite Catholic Church, 2 W. Reynolds St., New Castle, PA 16101. A Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Father Hanna Karam and Deacon Richard Stone and Sub-Deacon Andrew Demko will officiate.
