<p>Mrs. Mandy Lowe Farmer, age 92 of Fayetteville, NC departed this life on March 18, 2023. </p><p>Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, March 25th at 12:00 PM in the Wiseman Mortuary Chapel.&nbsp; Burial: Rockfish Memorial Park </p><p>Viewing will be held on Friday, March 24th, 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Wiseman Mortuary. </p><p>She is survived by: sons, Freddie Lowe, Joseph Green; daughters, Edna Faye Green, Diane Sandel, Phyllis Green, Willie Green-Aldridge, and a host of other family and friends. </p>
