PATRICIA LOUISE RHODES, 95 of Weirton, WV passed away Saturday March 18, 2023, at the home of her daughter. She was born September 4, 1927, in Steubenville, OH, the daughter of the late George and Marie Mestrovic Bilderback. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Paul H. Rhodes (2000); a son, Marc Rhodes; brother, George G. Bilderback, Jr. 

Patricia was a member of Oakland Presbyterian Church. She worked many years in the insurance industry and various retail businesses, as well as being a full-time homemaker. 

Surviving is her daughter, Paula Marie Harold and her husband Stephen Michael Harold of Weirton, WV; son, Eric Wayne Rhodes of Cocoa Beach, FL. 

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday March 29, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. at Oakland Presbyterian Church, 253 Laurel Drive, Weirton, WV with Pastor Randall Krebs presiding. Inurnment will be at Chestnut Ridge Cemetery, Florence, PA. Arrangements have been entrusted to STEEL & WOLFE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., Weirton, WV.
