<p>Evelyn Louise Shiver Hayes, 91, of Camilla died Saturday, March 18, 2023 at Mitchell Convalescent Center in Camilla.</p><p><br></p><p>Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, March 21 at Parker-Bramlett Funeral Home with interment in Oakview Cemetery. Rev. Joe Poitevint will officiate.</p><p><br></p><p>Born July 20, 1931 in Mitchell County, GA, Mrs. Hayes was the daughter of the late James Henderson Shiver and Jesse Mae Osteen Shiver. She was married to the late Robert Alton Hayes and was also preceded in death by a grandson, Robert Hayes. Mrs. Hayes was the director of Mitchell Baker Head Start, having served in Camilla and Baker Counties. She was a member of Pinecliff Baptist Church.</p><p><br></p><p>Survivors include a daughter, Shirley Singletary of Camilla; three sons, Ricky Hayes (Kathy) of Donalsonville, Duane Hayes of Newton, and Scott Hayes of Camilla; four grandchildren, Rick Hayes, Vicki Brashers, Haley Clark, Jessica Hayes; six great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.</p><p><br></p><p>Visitation will be from 10 – 11 a.m., Tuesday, before services, at Parker-Bramlett Funeral Home in Camilla.</p><p><br></p><p>Parker-Bramlett Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.</p><p><br></p>
