Blanche Marie Fehlberg

December 23, 1976 - March 16, 2023

Blanche Fehlberg passed away on March 16, 2023 in a car accident in Rigby, Idaho. 

She was born on December 23, 1976 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Wayne and Merlene Fehlberg, the oldest of 5 siblings. Her family moved to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia in 1980 where they lived for over 10 years. Blanche spent her childhood there and always considered it home. She moved back to the U.S. with her family in 1991, and lived in Citrus Heights, California.

Blanche was blessed with two children, Kirk and Aislynn, who she loved with all her heart. In 2008, they moved to Colorado where they lived until 2021. After making lifelong relationships in Colorado, she pursued her dream of finishing her Bachelor’s degree in 2023 from BYU-I, where she studied Marriage and Family Therapy. After graduation, she worked with adults with developmental disabilities and loved every minute of it. She cherished her clients and beamed happiness when speaking of them. Blanche loved serving and helping others. Her hobbies included dancing, traveling, serving in church, and being with her children. She saw the world with beauty and hope. 

She is survived by her two children Kirk and Aislynn, her mother Merlene; siblings Brigit (Dave) Adams, Victor (Cecilia), Kimberly (Matthew) Cossentine, and Veronica (Derek).

A memorial service will be held March 30 at 10:00 AM at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 2200 Stafford Drive in Ammon, Idaho and a graveside service at the Ten Sleep Wyoming Cemetery on March 31 at 11:00 AM. Online condolences may be made at www.bryantfuneralhomeonline.com.
