Susan E. Atherton
<p>Susan E Atherton passed away March 17, 2023. Sue, as she liked to be called, was the daughter of Robert and Pauline (Packard) Atherton. She is survived by her husband, Paul Sabin, sister Shirley Davis, brothers Paul (Gerry) Atherton, Lewis (Betty) Atherton and step-daughter Sara Terrill and her sons, as well as her niece, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her husband James Terrill and her parents. </p><p>Sue was a 1976 graduate of Mohawk Trail Regional High School. Sue was employed at Country Bank in Shelburne Falls, Lamson and Goodnow Manufacturing Company, Lunt Silversmiths in Greenfield and most recently at Frank LaBelle Sales and Service of Buckland. </p><p>For the last 20 years she owned and operated the Atherton Farm growing and selling flower and vegetable plants at her farmstand. Sue gave her time and energy to many non-profits in Franklin County. </p><p>A Celebration of Sue’s life will be held Saturday, March 25, 2023 at the Mary Lyon Congregational Church in Buckland at 1:00. All family and friends are invited, and to a reception, downstairs in the church, following the celebration. </p><p>In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to a local non-profit organization in memory of Sue. </p>December 3, 1957 - March 17, 202312/03/195703/17/2023
