Christopher Mark Peter Scholfield

<p>Chris Scholfield was born on February 26, 1979 in Banff, Alberta and passed away suddenly on December 7, 2021 in Trail, BC. </p><p> He was predeceased by his father Anthony, paternal grandparents Marian and Donald Scholfield, uncle Allen Scholfield; maternal grandparents Norma and Peter Guschuk, aunt Delphine DeGagne and great nephew James Huston. </p><p> Chris is survived by his mother Deborah Allon, sister Marian (Scott) and her children Tyson and Jordan McNeill, brother David (Sandy) and their children, Jordan, Deja, Hayden and grandson Avery. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and their children. </p><p> Chris had a lengthy career as a Sandblaster. He enjoyed fishing, hiking and in the past two years Mountain biking. He especially enjoyed his e-bike as it got him places faster. </p><p> Chris had a soft, kind heart and tried to help those less fortunate than he. </p><p> He was loved by many, and he will be missed by many. </p><p> A life gone far too soon. </p><p> A sincere thank you to the First Responders. </p><p> Cremation has taken place, and there will be a memorial in Alberta in the summer. Gwen Ziprick of Alternatives Funeral and Cremation Services has been entrusted with the arrangements. </p><p> You are invited to leave a message of condolence. </p><p> Just look up and smile and I will be in your heart.
