Louis Koulis Liadis

Louis passed away suddenly at his home on Friday, March 17, 2023, at the age of 58. Louis is the beloved son of Karlos and the late Tasia Liadis. He was a cherished brother to Gus Liadis and his wife, Jessica Murray. Lou was a devoted and proud theo to Kael, Sage and Dahlia Liadis. He was much loved by his cousins and will be dearly missed by his extended family and friends.

Louis will be remembered as a kind and gentle soul and for his generosity of spirit and love. He loved his family deeply and could often be seen cheering on his brother and nephews at the arena. After losing his dear mother, Tasia, Lou became a tremendous caregiver for his father, Karlos. They would often be out on the town going for drives, having coffee, and taking the occasional volta to the casino.

In his community, Louis had a knack for remembering and using people's names; he had a calming presence and a keen ability to read body language. 

He will be forever remembered and never forgotten by all who knew him. May his life be eternal.

We invite friends and family to a visitation held on Wednesday, March 22, 2023, at Billingsley Funeral Home, Huntsville, from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. The funeral service will follow the visitation from 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. There will be a reception to follow. 

Louis will be laid to rest beside his mother at Hutcheson Memorial Cemetery in Huntsville in the spring.
