Deborah Gaye Hughes, age 51 of Hueysville, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, March 16, 2023 at her residence. She was born January 23, 1972 in Martin, Kentucky to the late Morris & Hope Collett Isaac. She was the wife of Don Hughes. She was a retired housekeeper for Knott County Health and Rehab. Along with her husband she is survived by her Son: Michael (Kalee) Patton of Garrett, Kentucky; Daughters: Hope (Joe) Mullins of David, Kentucky & Janie Patton of Hueysville, Kentucky; 6 stepchildren; Sisters: Maggie Jones of Martin, Kentucky, Cindy Frasure of Langley, Kentucky & Stacey Isaac of Martin, Kentucky; 9 Grandchildren and 16 Step grandchildren. Along with parents she was preceded in death by her son: Cody Patton; Sister: Patsy Hoover. She will be missed by all that knew and loved her.

Visitation will begin Sunday, March 19, 2023 at 6pm at the funeral home and will continue all day Monday, March 20, 2023

Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, March 21, 2023 at 1pm at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky

Burial will follow at Turner Cemetery, Eastern, Kentucky
