Sarah K. Snyder, 47 of Sterling died Friday March 17, 2023

She was born on May 15, 1975 in Sterling the daughter of David Wetzel and Debra Snyder. She had worked as a personal assistant for 15 years. Sarah was known for her cooking for everyone and enjoyed shopping and spending time with her grandchildren.

Survivors include her mother Debra Snyder of Rock Falls; her daughters: Alisha Snyder-Cantu (Craig Neal) of Sterling and Reeana Collins of Peoria; her son Ruben Garza Jr of Rock Falls; her sister Bridget Snyder-Oiler (Jerame Frederick) of Rock Falls; three grandchildren: Xavian, LJ and King; and several nieces, many other family and friends.

Visitation will be Tuesday March 21, 2023 from 5-6 PM at the McDonald Funeral Home & Crematory in Rock Falls. Services will follow at 6 PM with the Reverend Dalmus Meeks officiating. Burial will conclude on Wednesday at 10 AM at Coloma Twp. Cemetery.
