Jamie Ramsey, age 47, of Ellenboro, passed away at Atrium Health-Cleveland March 17th, 2023.

     Jamie was born March 2nd, 1976, to Juanita Cook Bumgarner who resides in North Myrtle Beach, SC and the late Gene Ramsey.  Jamie was a graduate of East Rutherford High School, class of 1994. He worked as an electrician for Vision Electric Service for over fourteen years and most recently at the Walmart Distribution Center in Shelby. Jamie was an avid bass fisherman and had a passion for reading his Bible. He was a dedicated Christian who loves his family and his friends.

     His survivors include his wife, Crystal Ramsey; stepfather, Jackie Bumgarner of North Myrtle Beach; daughters, Brianna and Caitlin Ramsey; brothers, Ricky Ramsey (Marsha) of Cliffside, Jason Bumgarner (Stephanie) of Concord, NC and Justin Bumgarner of Winston-Salem and a sister, Michelle Isenhower (Mike) of Maiden.

     The funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 pm on Thursday, March 23, 2023 at the Harrelson Funeral Chapel with Reverend Jerry Causby officiating. Interment will follow at Goodes Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service time at the funeral home.
