Desmond Dyer

<p>Desmond Dyer, of St. Ann Jamaica, died on March 5 th , 2023, at the age of sixty after a brief illness. The family is deeply saddened and heartbroken. Desmond was born on December 19, 1962. He was predeceased by his parents Lincoln Dyer and Lurline Dyer.</p><p><br></p><p>Desmond migrated to the United States as a young man and lived in Florida. He was a construction worker; however, he changed career and became a truck driver in the latter part of his life. Desmond was in the process of establishing Dyer Transportation, one of his big dreams. He loved driving cross country and visiting different states. He poured his heart and soul into driving trucks. He loved the people he worked with and the people he met along the way.</p><p><br></p><p>Many who knew Desmond knew how special he was. Desmond always had a big smile on his face, he was hard-working, compassionate, and loved his family. Desmond enjoyed cycling, playing dominoes, listening to reggae</p><p>music, fishing, and watching sport games.</p><p><br></p><p>Desmond is survived by his loving wife Susan Dyer; his two daughters Desina and Stacy-Ann, son-in-law Dwayne and grandson Tyheri. He also leaves behind brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and an abundance of friends. We will miss him more than words can say.</p>
