Donna Marie Mueller

<p>Donna Marie (Graf) Mueller, 76, of Jefferson City, passed away on Friday, March 17, 2023. She was born on November 5, 1946, in Chicago, Illinois; a daughter of Eugene and Elizabeth (Brown) Graf.</p><p><br></p><p>Donna was extremely active in her Mid-Missouri community. She was a director of The Little Theater in the 1970’s and a life-long supporter of the Democratic Party and a recipient of the Blair Award. Highlights of her career included working for Senator Schneider, Senator Kennedy and being appointed director on the Governor’s council for physical fitness. Donna was proud to be a director for the Food Bank of Central Missouri, and on the board of directors with the Goldschmidt Cancer BBQ Fundraiser. She was a breast cancer survivor as well as a 15-year multiple myeloma survivor. She truly was a fighter. Above all, Donna was a devout grandmother to her granddaughters, who were her pride and joy, and would take anyone in who needed a place to go. She was an amazing mother and friend, and will be missed by all who knew her.</p><p><br></p><p>She is survived by her son: Ron (Danielle) Mueller and granddaughters: Riley and Henrietta “Hattie” Mueller, all of Verona, New Jersey.</p><p><br></p><p>Friends will be received from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Friday, March 24, 2023 at Houser-Millard Funeral Directors. A Celebration of Life will immediately follow, with the Reverend John Kerr officiating.</p><p><br></p><p>Expressions of sympathy may be made The Food Bank of Central Missouri or to the Goldschmidt Cancer Center.</p><p><br></p><p>Arrangements are under the direction of HOUSER-MILLARD Funeral Directors, 2613 West Main Street, Jefferson City, Missouri 65109 (573) 636-3838.
