<p>In Loving Memory</p><p>Bruce E. Armstrong</p><p>March 15, 2023</p><p><br></p><p>Bruce E. Armstrong, 57, of Carley Mills, NY; passed away on Wednesday, March 15, 2023 at Upstate Hospital in Syracuse, NY. He was born on August 9, 1965 in Fulton, NY; to the late George and Mary Dunbar Armstrong and brother to the late Kenneth D. Armstrong and Dale M. Armstrong.</p><p><br></p><p>Bruce is survived by his sisters, Lorraine A. (Peter Doran) LaSalle, Elaine A. (Allen W.) Steere, Suzanne (Charles) Fortier and their extensive families; sister-in-law, Jeanne Armstrong; his step mother, Bertha Cox Armstrong; along with several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. </p><p><br></p><p>Bruce was loyal to his family and friends. He loved them and his music. Bruce never met a stranger. </p><p><br></p><p>Funeral Services will be celebrated at 6 p.m. on Monday, March 20, 2023 from Harter Funeral Home, Inc. 2983 W. Main Street, Parish, NY.
