<p><br></p><p>Lorraine A. Nordin, reunited at last with the love of her life, Richard, and her two sons, David and John, at the amazing age of 95, passed peacefully on March 9, 2023.</p><p><br></p><p>Lorraine was a resident of San Jose, CA and spent significant years living in Los Altos and San Francisco.</p><p><br></p><p>Born Mar. 22, 1927, Lorraine is survived by three of her five children, Cathi Nordin, Jim Nordin (Jennifer), and Julie Siegenthaler, by her grandchildren Anthony (JoAnna), Jason, Joe, Stefany (JP), Kiersten, Megan, Jamie, Alex, and Noah, and by her great-grandchildren, Anthony, Noelle, Layla, Aubriella, MaryAnn, Elijah, and Charlotte. Lorraine is also survived by her sister, Evamarie Clarke.</p><p><br></p><p>The importance of family to Lorraine was only surpassed by her love for Jesus. Neighbors became lifelong friends, also considered family, of this generous, loving, and selfless lady whose life was filled with gardening, laughter, and music, despite many difficult trials. Lorraine was an example of love and compassion every day and will be missed by all who knew her.</p><p><br></p><p>Friends are invited to attend a Vigil Service Friday, March 17, 2023 at 6:00pm at LIMA &amp; CAMPAGNA SUNNYVALE MORTUARY, 1315 Hollenbeck Ave., Sunnyvale.&nbsp; Funeral Mass Saturday, March 18, 2023 at 11:00am at ST. JOSEPH OF CUPERTINO PARISH, 10110 N. De Anza Blvd., Cupertino. Flowers can be sent to above mortuary. If preferred, donations can be made in Lorraine’s name to St. Joseph of Cupertino Catholic Parish.<br></p><p></p>
