Donald Ray Roberts, age 65, passed way Wednesday, March 15, 2023 at Mission Hospital in Asheville following a long illness.

A native of Rutherford County, NC, he is a son of the late Hugh and Hallie Flynn Roberts and was a retired accountant.

Left to cherish his memory are one son, Shane Roberts and fiancée, Ashley Davis; one daughter, Kyndra Rae Roberts; and one sister, Hattie Radford.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three sisters, Grace Higgins, Viola Hill and Catherine Ivey; and three brothers, Floyd Roberts, Ronnie Roberts and Charles Roberts.

A celebration of Donald’s life will be held at a later date.
