<p>Richard Lee Wiseman, 82, of Dugger, IN passed away at his residence March 16, 2023. </p><p>He was born in Dugger, IN August 15, 1941 the son of Leonard Wiseman and Elsie Mae Alsman Wiseman. </p><p> Richard was an Vietnam Army Veteran, a member of the Dugger American Legion Post #0224, and was a retired Coal Miner. </p><p> He was preceded in death by his parents. </p><p>Survivors include his daughter, Christine Chesser (Frank) of Vincennes, IN, five grandchildren; Peyton Kindley, Brianna Snow ( Dakota), Carson Chesser, Bayleigh Chesser and Ryder Chesser, one great grandchild, Macie Snow. </p><p> Graveside services will be at a later date. Cremation was chosen. Arrangements were entrusted to Newkirk’s Funeral Home. </p><p> </p>August 15, 1941 - March 16, 202308/15/194103/16/2023
