Clara E. (Stevens) Krout Eisenhart, 92, passed Wednesday, March 15, 2023, at UPMC Hanover Hospital with her family by her side.  She was the wife of the late Glenn L. Krout, and the late Melvin C. “Buck” Eisenhart.

Clara was born September 4, 1930, in York Springs, the daughter of the late John E. and Ruth E. (Hoff) Stevens.

Clara was a member of St. Paul’s “Lischey’s” Lutheran Church in Spring Grove, and the East Berlin V.F.W. Ladies Auxiliary.

Clara is survived by two daughters, Glenna L. Piho of Birdsboro, and Sharon K. Krout of East Berlin, three grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.  She was predeceased by a son, Wayne E. Krout, two brothers, and a sister.
