Darrell Ray Pierce, 71, of Seagrove, died Wednesday, March 15, 2023 at Atrium Health WFB High Point Medical Center in High Point.

Funeral Services, 2 PM, Saturday, March 18, 2023, at New Center Christian Church, Seagrove.

Officiating, Dr. Jonathan Burris, Rev. Jason Frank.

Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Darrell was a native and lifelong resident of Randolph County, owner and operator of Darrell Pierce Construction and a member of New Center Christian Church in Seagrove. He loved his family and friends, but most of all he loved the Lord. During his free time he enjoyed going fishing and playing cornhole. Darrell was preceded in death by his parents, Rayford and Cleadel Garner Pierce, and brother, Harold Pierce.

Survivors: wife, Dianne Brady Pierce, of the home, sons, Tim Pierce, and wife, Kendra, of Burlington, Jody Pierce, of Graham, sisters, Norma Clark, and husband, Jerry, of Hopewell, VA, Geraldine Hicks, and husband, Lloyd, Vickie Brown, and husband, Benjy, both of Seagrove, sister-in-law, Martha Pierce, of Seagrove, grandchildren, Zoe Pierce, Ava Pierce, along with numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation, 12:30 PM to 1:45 PM, Saturday, New Center Christian Church, Seagrove and other times at the residence.
