It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that the family of the late Jason Edward Scott Croucher of Beaumont, NL announce his sudden and heartbreaking passing; at his beloved parents’ home on March 9, 2023 at the young age of 46 years.

Jason was a force of nature, a friend to all, a comedian, a man of many talents, a kind soul and an amazing human. If you were blessed to have been in his presence; you could share a story, a joke, a tall tale or a naughty quip.

Jason was gentle, charismatic, loyal, a gentleman and a treasure. He enjoyed a laugh or two, cared deeply for those he loved, took pride in his work; especially his time as a carpenter before transitioning into Diamond Drilling with Major Drilling….a career he was so proud of.

Jason cherished his wonderful family and his beautiful daughter, Brooklyn, they were his world.

Jason was well known for his devilishness, his sense of humour, his infectious smile, his cheerful personality and his kind heart.

Jason leaves to mourn his passing and rejoice in his memory, his devoted parents; Edward and Betty Lou Croucher, his darling sister; Amanda Croucher (Mike Atkins), his precious daughter; Brooklyn Wiseman as well as a beautiful circle of aunts, uncles and cousins, friends, colleagues, and cherished acquaintances.

Jason is predeceased by his grandparents Nellie and Raymond Croucher and grandparents, Daisy and Heber Croucher.

On behalf of the Croucher family, an extended heartfelt Thank You to everyone for the outpouring of support and love received, to those who delivered meals, sent cards and for the many phone calls and messages, Thank You for your beautiful kindness.

Cremation has already commenced. A celebration of Jason’s life will be taking place at a later date.
