<p>Christopher L. Clifton, 67, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, March 14, 2023. He was the beloved husband of Karen Clifton for 47 years. Born In Iowa City, Iowa. He was the son of the late Robert and Dorothy (Barrow) Clifton. Chris recently retired from a management position at Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Massachusetts. He was the loving father of Ryan Clifton of Warwick, RI, Reed Clifton of Pelham, NH, and his late son Casey Clifton. Chris also leaves behind a sister, Dondee Stearns and her husband Craig, of Liberty, MO and a brother, Carl Teske and his wife, Anne, of Waterloo, Iowa. He also leaves behind four grandchildren, who were the lights of his life. They are Grant, Carter, Lily, and Kevin. Nothing made him happier than spending time with those four “lucky geese.” In addition to his wife, children, and grandchildren, Chris is survived by daughters-in-law, Erin Clifton and Kelly Clifton as well as several other in-laws, nieces, and nephews.</p><p><br></p><p>Visiting hours, Saturday March 18th from 3-5pm at the Thomas &amp; Walter Quinn Funeral Home, 2435 Warwick Ave., Warwick. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Lupus Research Alliance or the March of Dimes charities.</p><p><br></p>
