Proud father of Frances of Ottawa, Wayne of Renfrew Gordon (Sandy) of Russell, Bruce (Julie) of Ottawa, and Roseanne Holtman (Peter) of Luskville, Quebec. Grampa to Stacey. Kristen, Tiffany, Melissa, Douglas, Jensen, Kelton, Liam, and Riley. Great Grampa to Branden, Dillon, Haven, Ethan, and Hamza.

Brother of Muriel Cornwall (late Joe) of Ottawa and brother-in-law to Rosemary. Predeceased by nine brothers. Lloyd, Gordon, Arnold, John, Donald, Ken, Cameron, Vincent and Alexander, and five sisters. Maude MacDonald, Margaret Fisher. Celia Labelle, Janet MacMillan, and Katrina Miller.
