On Thursday, March 9, 2023, Thomas Patrick White passed away in his Gilbert, Arizona home after a valiant battle with metastatic melanoma. Born June, 25, 1956 to parents John “Jay” and Loretta White (deceased), Tom proudly served as a paramedic/third-generation Chicago Firefighter for 30 years before retiring in 2010. He was also a loyal and dedicated member of the Knights of Columbus, proudly serving as Grand Knight, District Deputy and Arizona State Programs Director over the years.

Tom loved his family beyond measure and leaves behind his loving wife of 30 years, Janice; children Sean (Stacey), Katie and Erin; brothers Dennis, Jimmy (Cheryl) and Mickey. Tom loved nothing more than being a grandfather to grandsons Aiden, Finn and Ryder, who are following in Grandpa’s footsteps in their newfound love of Hockey and Harry Potter.

Visitation will be held at Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery and Funeral Home located at 1562 E Baseline Rd, Mesa, AZ 85204 on Monday, March 27 from 5pm-8pm. Funeral mass will be held at St. Juan Diego Catholic Church located at 3200 S Cooper Rd, Chandler, AZ, 85286 on Tuesday, March 28 at 10am.
